September 2015 Newsletter

September 2015 Newsletter

I must apologise for not having produced a regular newsletter lately. We have been busy designing a revamped Energetics Institute website plus a pay-to-view video platform. We had to hurry up our site as the Google search engine now ranks lower any non-mobile responsive website as of May 1st 2015, which has been termed “mobilegeddon” for websites. We now have our new website up and running and this newsletter is just to inform you that we have also loaded up another 30 short informational “snack” articles on key topics such as Bodymind Science, Parental Issues, Relationship Issues, Addictions etc.  We are still making additions refinements to the website but expect it will be all complete in coming weeks.  I have chosen two articles to highlight this month.

Adrenal Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue and the Bodymind Aspects of Burnout Syndromes

chronic-fatigue-burnout                 The first article titled Adrenal Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue and the Bodymind Aspects of Burnout Syndromes relates to how often these days do you hear the complaint that a person feels rundown and tired much of the time? The high levels of day to day sensory stimulus as well as the increasing work life demands that 24 hour connective technology is placing on us all does have a grinding effect over time on the resilience of the average person. There is a common form of disorder in adults which is some form of burnout. There are a number of causes of generalised burnout conditions that affect people. I have chosen to write an article on the increasingly common related conditions that are sometime called Adrenal Fatigue or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Whilst these conditions manifest in the body they both have mental/emotional symptoms and causes that are not widely understood.

The Concept of Human Energy Fields

human-energy-fields               The second article titled The Concept of Human Energy Fields explores the existence of human energy fields which can be found in eastern cultures such as Indian Vedic scripts, Tibetan Buddhist, and Chinese medical systems, in varying forms, stemming back thousands of years. In eastern culture the underlying premise is that our body and mind is interdependent and a holistic view of our human design is entertained. Each traditional eastern view has variants to both their proposed functioning architecture of this psycho-physical system, as well as its operative functions. However overall there is a consensus that indeed an energy system exists within and surrounding the human body and this is found in each of these eastern scientific systems.
