However, we understand that accessing affordable and convenient support can be a challenge for some individuals in Australia. That’s why we are dedicated to making our effective therapy methods as accessible as possible.

You can easily access professional mental health support from the comfort of your own home with our Online Counselling sessions. At the moment, the telehealth platforms supported by us are Skype and Whatsapp. Our certified and experienced psychotherapists are available via video link or phone call, making therapy accessible no matter where you are in Australia.

Telehealth Information – What you Need to Know

Our Telehealth services are digital mental health appointments by phone or video which connect you with a mental health psychotherapist or counsellor at the Energetics Institute.

People can access our Telehealth Mental Health Services from anywhere in the world, bearing in mind the potential time zone differences. As a Telehealth Provider, we offer Telehealth Services for new and existing clients who for some reason are unable to attend a face-to-face counselling or psychotherapy appointment in Perth with the Energetics Institute.

We offer Telehealth Mental Health services for individuals wanting support for concerns such as Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Trauma, PTSD, Addictions, Self Esteem issues or Relationship issues. We also recommend Telehealth Services to couples who require support for relational concerns such as Conflict, Intimacy, Domestic Violence, Affairs, Separation or other Relationship issues.

Feel free to contact us to arrange a Telehealth Services appointment. Appointments are conducted for 55 minute timeframes. We simply agree the time for the appointment, checking the potential time zone differences, and agree the payment method, taking payment 24 hours before the session commences. In some cases, depending on the digital medium you will use to connect with us, we will need to establish your username, email address, or contact phone number on that digital platform.

On the day of the appointment, you will need a device with a camera, microphone, and speaker, such as a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, along with a reliable internet connection. As the client, you will initiate the Telehealth session.

We rely on you as the client to have a private space in which you feel comfortable to conduct the session. Our end is secure and confidential but we cannot warrant the client’s choice of location and that choice remains under their risk as it is under their control.

Telehealth Services – Costs

The cost of a 55 minute Telehealth Mental Health appointment with an Energetics Institute therapist, is the same cost as a face-to-face appointment of the same time duration.

At Energetics Institute in Perth, we lock in our Telehealth Mental Health cost with our clients in their local currency. Payment in foreign currencies is equivalent to the cost for a face-to-face session in Australian Dollars, but the prices may fluctuate slightly over time, if there are significant rises or falls in currency exchange rates. Payment for online counselling is typically required 24 hours in advance and can be made using credit card, PayPal or internet banking. For full details, please visit our Fees page.
